Work on the exterior is nearly complete. The end of the year brought good weather and progress including the installation of the Live Roof, cedar rainscreen (with happy volunteers) concrete flat work and metal trim. The interior is now the focus and after a couple of weeks of mechanical and electrical work the spray foam has begun. Dow donated all of this insulation and Momper Insulation donated all labor to install it. Thanks again to these very generous companies for supporting this project.
